The Honourable Pierre S. Pettigrew has had a most distinguished career as a Canadian federal cabinet minister, serving as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister for International Trade in his last positions in public office. Mr. Pierre Pettigrew also served as Minister of Health, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, Minister of Human Resources Development and Minister of International Cooperation. As a cabinet minister, he chaired numerous working groups on difficult international trade issues and lead trade missions to China, India, Russia, Germany, Algeria, Morocco, South Africa, Nigeria, Mexico, and other countries. From 1985 to 1995, he was an International Business Consultant with Deloitte. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eurocontrol, Mr. Pettigrew will also act as Senior Advisor to the management team of Eurocontrol.

W. Bruce Rowlands brings an extensive background in new and emerging
technologies, international capital markets and investment banking, and
executive communications to his role as President, CEO and Director of
Eurocontrol. Mr. Rowlands has served in senior management roles with public
emerging market companies, taking them through key corporate milestones
enhancing shareholder value. Mr. Rowlands also brings his wealth of
investment banking experience to Eurocontrol from the numerous senior
positions he has held in the investment banking industry.

Mr. Bharti has over 25 years of experience in operations and finance. Mr. Bharti has been involved in acquiring, restructuring and financing numerous public and private companies. Mr. Bharti has raised over $200 million in public markets over the last decade. Mr. Bharti is a Professional Mining Engineer and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Moscow, Russia and the University of London.
